- Candidate must be working in the eligible Clerical Service or Patwari / Revenue Inspector Cadre of the Madhya Pradesh Revenue Department.
- Candidate must have completed the prescribed minimum service period for appearing in the departmental limited competitive examination.
- Must possess a Bachelor's Degree from a recognized university in Arts, Science (including Technical and Engineering), Commerce or Agriculture.
- The prescribed minimum educational qualification must have been completed on or before the date of application.
- Maximum age should not be more than 55 years as on 01 January 2026.
- A candidate is not permitted to appear in the examination more than 3 times.
